I created this website during the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to keep myself busy. I've been on disability for the last six years and have a compromised immune system due to a chronic illness. Once the pandemic hit, I was no longer able to go out and my grandkids were not able to come over. I was used to seeing them most days and on the weekends. I got depressed and needed something interesting to occupy my time. First, I built a Windows 10 PC from scratch and then need I something to do with it. I had always wanted to learn HTML, so I found a resource on the internet and started writing code. Once I learned basic HTML, I decided to try and build a website. I found a web hosting service, searched the internet for things I found interesting, and started building my site. This website is a work in progress, so please check back from time to time.
